On May 19, the sixteenth edition of Tradijoc (meeting of 1st year ESO students from the Ribera d’Ebre and Terra Alta counties) took place in Móra d’Ebre (Catalonia). The objective of this meeting is to live and get to know each other, for a day, practicing traditional games of the area.
On the occasion of this games festival, the Lo Llaüt cultural association from Ascó has published a book that collects the 29 traditional and popular games that have been made throughout all these years. The book, which is in Catalan, Spanish and English, has been made possible thanks to the support of Lo Llaüt and CERE (Centre d’Estudis de la Ribera d’Ebre).
