Dear AEJeST Community, we are about to end this year, 2022. Despite the economic and health difficulties we are currently experiencing, the members of the AEJeST have continued to work in favour of safeguarding the JDT and the social values ​​they promote. The CA has continued to work intensively on each of the projects. The festival Tocatì, World Cultural Heritage!

Photo: The delegation representing supporters of Tocatì’s candidacy in Morocco included Aga President Paolo Avigo, Aga Vice President Giuseppe Giacon, Valentina Lapiccirella Zingari, Verona Mayor Damiano Tommasi and Culture Councilor and relations with UNESCO Marta Ugolini.

The Tocatì festival become world cultural heritage. The candidacy of the festival of traditional games and sports was supported by several countries (Croatia, Belgium, France, Cyprus)and was positively evaluated during the 17th session of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Committee of Unesco in Rabat, Morocco.
